BA Repair Hub

B.A. International’s repair app - track your handpieces live!

The BA Repair Hub is a new and innovative development within our dental repair services. If you have ever wondered where your handpieces are, when they are due to be repaired and returned to you; and would like a system which enables you to find updates on your repair quickly and efficiently, then this is the app for you.

Simply fill in your handpiece details along with a photo of your device onto the app before sending us your handpiece in the post. With a unique QR code numbering system, you will be notified via the app when your handpiece has arrived with us, when you receive a quotation or when work is being carried out, and when your device is dispatched from us on its way back to you.

You may also access the service history of your handpieces directly through the app.

  • Fill in your handpiece details on the app
  • Upload a photo of your device
  • Receive a postage label with unique number, or scan the QR code on our yellow repair bags
  • Receive notifications when item has arrived, has been quoted/repaired and dispatched back to you

  • Request past invoices at the touch of a button

Frequently asked questions

  • Yes, you may book multiple devices under one job/QR code – we recommend up to 4-5 devices per repair bag.

  • Yes. The options for payments appear upon accepting the quotation (note: the pay on account option is not available for cash-only customers).

  • Under the tab named “Devices”, you can access your repair history and also request a copy of an invoice for a repair.

  • Yes, these can be requested via your device history.

  • Try uninstalling and re-installing the app, or restarting your device. If this does not work, please contact us on 01604 777700 or e-mail us on info@bainternational.com with as much information as possible about the error/crash (your phone system version, any error messages etc).
