Yes, you may book multiple devices under one job/QR code – we recommend up to 4-5 devices per repair bag.
Yes. The options for payments appear upon accepting the quotation (note: the pay on account option is not available for cash-only customers).
Under the tab named “Devices”, you can access your repair history and also request a copy of an invoice for a repair.
Yes, these can be requested via your device history.
